Unceremoniously, I am making my first blog post ever on this website which I have held down since 2001, when my first mp3s hit the ethernet, and my cousin Andrew, a computer guy, said "Hey jennyo.com is available, do you want me to grab it?" That was around the time the word "blog" emerged, and I thought surely they'll come up with something better and that word will go away. But here we are.
